H1-B got approved but consulate batabase not showing

Hi

I got H1-B approved and working on it for last 4+ years(3years=extension).
I tranfer from F1 to H1-B.and later got extension .with in this time i never been to India.Now I came to india and went for stamping they took my passport and told they unable to find my H1-B petition in thier database.
