Divorce: Should I provide H1 documentation to my ex wife?

We are separated 15 months back. Our divorce hearing is coming in a week.
My wife is now asking for my H1 documentation because she wants to change her visa type and she is worried that she would become undocumented alien after divorce.
She is a compulsive lier and I am afraid of her if she stays in this country.

Also, after separation, while I was changing to another job, my divorce attorney asked me to not to include her in the H1 transfer. So, I did not include her.

Now, by law, am I required to provide her documentation while she is trying to switch to another visa category?

Answer: I think Yes. But, you can go via your Divorce lawyer.. Since you mentioned that, she is switching to another visa category, you will need to support..
Consult Attorney and move forward.
