H1B Transfer

I am working for Company A now.
Got offer from Company B and they are going to do Premium H1B transfer/Extn.

What happens to my current H1B(Company A) if I don't want to join Company B??
i mean can i stay in company A for some reason like Company A gave me promotion or matched my new offer.
