  • Urgent Help needed!!!

    Hi All,

I had a larceny 6 charge at USA and the case has been dismissed and as well as the record has been expunged. Now I need to travel to Australia.I didn't mention that I have ever been arrested. So my question is it possible for Australian (or any other country other than USA) consulate to know about my USA arrest history?

Please help me on this issue.

---- Normally, Consulates of other countries may not have access to your criminal records. Bit if your crime is of international proprtions, then yes, they can always access it through INTERPOL

----- During an application for a country's visa mention your arrest and explain at the time of interview and produce all the necessary documents to ensure that you are having a clean record now and all the previous records have been erased with documentary proof. That way nobody will suspect any foul play
