Sponsor for H1 (Pharma/related industry)

My wife is Phd In Industrial Chemistry from INdia (pharma and Agricultural fertilizers etc). She keeps on getting calls for a job opportunities but not having H1 turns out to be a big hurdle as no one is really ready to sponsor. However they do say if you have H1 you can work for them. Are there any consultants who can sponsor H1 in this category and then some working deal could be made.
Any leads would be highly appreciated.
