H1 Transfer and H4 denied , H4 approved after I290B but dates not correct

Hi,

I moved from company A to company B, where for H4 from company A was in progress during my switch, which lead to denial of H4 from company A , but H4 from company B is approved.

My H4 had previous approval till 08/11/2020
H4 from company B got the approval from 02/22/2021

So there is gap and the H4 from company A got denied , so to clear the gap raised I290-B,
After I290-B H4 from company A got approved but with the starting date as 02/22/2021, I was expecting the date to be 08/12/2020( date which my previous company A filed for )

My lawyer got the payslips for my previous company from August to show as proof.
What I am suppose to do now. Looks nothing changed after raising I290-B

It is really strange.
I think, USCIS might have approved the approval durations wrongly or there might be some confusions on this..
You will need to again reach USCIS through the letter to rectify or seeking the approval for the gap.
Since this is case specific, you will need to have a advise from Senior Immigration Attorney for better process.
