H4 Extension stamping without H1b Extension stamping

Hi,

Myself and my spouse got our H4/H1b approved, and we have our I-797A with us.

Our current visa is expired and i am planning to travel back to India, while my spouse is going to stay in USA.

I am going to use the drop box option to get my H4 stamping. since my spouse is not travelling with me and he is not getting h1b extension stamped, will that be an issue for me if I use drop box without him.

Kindly help me out.

Answer: Not a problem.. You can go separately and get visa stamped...
