L1 to H4

Hi ,

I am going to complete my 5 years in L1 next year. After completion of 5 years can i able to stay in Dependent visa in H4. Can you anyone let me know the details.

Possible. You need to file a COS from L1 to H4.

You need to file form I-539. Here is the instruction on how to file.
