H1b stamping after H1 Transfer

Hi,

I have a H1 stamped for a Company "a" last year.
This year i have my H1-B transferred to a company "b" and i am planning to go to India this year.

So do i need to get my H1-B visa stamped for the company "b" also this year?

---- NO. There is no need toa get a H1b visa stamped on your Passport as long as you have avalid visa stmpe don your Passport even from a previous employer

---- At the POE ensure that you show the new I-797 of company B to geta I-94 till the validaity date of that petition
