H1B cap exemption
I have got my H1B stamping in January 2014 and I travelled to USA between February 2014 to August 2015, post which i came back to India without applying for I140 and my stamping got expired in 2016. Since now in January 2022 as 6 years are completed being out of USA, will i be still CAP exempted and can i apply for lCA transfer to new employer and utilize fresh 6 years without having to go through lottery again? Please suggest me next steps
