Hi,
I am on H1B and via my current employer, I have an I140 and we used that to get H4 EAD for my spouse in 2019. It is going to expire in Sep 2022 ( another 9 months ) along with our H1B & H4.
I am in the process of changing my job and due to current time lines and other issues, I140 through my new employer will not happen before Sep 2022.
So,
Will I be able to use I140 from my previous employer after I change my job to apply for new EAD for my spouse ?
