Hi,
My H1 visa is going to expire on 02-02-2022. My PERM is not yet approved my employer agreed to file I-140 and H1 visa renewal in premium, and i have to go to India and many are telling visa dropbox slots are not available. My question is do we need to have an H1B approval notice to book the slots for h1b drop box ,or can i change the receipt number and validity dates.also same slot can be used for h1 and h4.
