How to submit updated DS 160 for a H4 dependent in a h1/h4 visa appointment

Hi,
I have a for a h1/h4 dropbox appointment scheduled in Febraury 2022. There are some changes in the H4 dependent details and DS-160 need to be updated for H4.
I only see the option to update DS 160 for primary H1B applicant in the visa application (CGI federal website). Could anyone let me know how to update the ds-160 for h4 in a joint visa application.

I'm in the same situation. Can anyone tell me how the DS-160 confirmation number can be updated for Dependents? Updating the profile with new DS-160 only updated my DS-160 in the Appointment confirmation but not for my dependents.

Hello, I contacted Customer Care about this and they advised me to create new applications for the dependents. After the applications are submitted, they asked me to call again so that they can update the dependent DS-160 confirmation numbers in the Appointment.
