    Minimum Petition Validity for H4 Visa

    Hi,

    I am on H4 and I have a dropbox appointment scheduled in the last week of January 2022 and my I-797 validity will expire in the second week of April 2022. Overall, my petition will be valid for 70 days from the day I submit document. Can I get visa stamped based on 70 days of petition validity. Appreciate your help.
