H1B and H4 Visa appointment using separate profile

Hi,

Situation:
I and my wife both are eligible for dropbox appointment.
As per initial plan my wife was supposed to go alone and get the stamping, so she has already paid the fee and yet to schedule the appointment.
Now I am also planning to get visa stamp at same time.

Question:
1. Can I book my appointment separately using my account without impacting her appointment?
2. Or Can I use MRV receipt generated in her account to book her appointment as my dependent using my account?
