    Indian passport 6-month expiry rule

    Hi,
    I have a question about the 6-month passport expiry rule for India. I have H1B, my son who has an H4 visa valid till 2024 September, but his Indian passport is due to expiry on 1st June 2022. He will be travelling to the USA with me on 3rd March. Will he be allowed to enter the USA at the airport, or will it cause any issue? My understanding is that he should get I94 up to the passport expiry date?
    Can someone please advise?

      Thanks for the reply. Does it imply my son will not face issue when he lands in the USA on 3rd March with passport due to expire in June?
