I am a new immigrant to USA with no credit history. How do I open bank account, get a credit card, car loan and apartment rental? Are there any service or tools to help?

You open a bank account by bringing them money and telling them you want to open an account.

If you have a job, you should be able to get a credit card if you try. If not, try to get a secured credit card.

Apartment rentals vary. If you find the more commercially oriented places unwilling to deal with you for lack of credit history, try smaller self-managed units, spare rooms, acessory dwelling units.etc...
