I am currently pursing my Masters in Computer Science. I have received a full time offer (start date - Sept 2022) and the company has asked me to register for H1B lottery for this year. My graduation date is Aug 10, 2022 (Final grades - July 09th, Degree conferral - Aug 10th).
If selected in H1B lottery, June 30 2022 will be the deadline for filing H1B application. If I opt-in to be considered in Masters cap, I would not be able to provide proof of completion for my Masters program by June 30th.
Is there a way that I can still opt-in to be considered for Masters Cap for H1B lottery? Or should I apply for H1B lottery under normal cap of 65000?
Any suggestions on what to do would be of great help.
