    H1B stamping in India - allowed to go to any consulate?


    Hi,

    I have to go to India for H1B visa stamping. Wait time in Hyderabad consulate is 250 days. Can I go to any consulate/dropbox in India for stamping? It was allowed earlier. Want to check if there is a rule change because of the IWP/dropbox.
