Hi,
My wife has visa interview(H4) this month(Feb/2022) end. While filling DS160 we have mentioned my current I-797 which expires on 23rd April, 2022. However my H1B has been extended and I have received the new I-797 which has start date from 24th April 2022 up to April 2025.
Do we need to change DS160 to reflect the new I-797? If we do that then will she be able to travel before 24th April 2022?
Is there a way to submit/use both I-797 during visa Interview so that she can travel in March(as per current I-797) and have her Visa stamped until April 2025(as per new I-797)?
