Hi,
My wife is going for H1 stamp (H4 to H1B) to Canada. I filed I 485 AOS after approval of I 140 under EB1/NIW. USCIS status shows "initial review" for I 485. I have following questions:
1) Can we travel to canada with this status of I 485?
2) Her job started in July 2010. We do not have a W2 issued. So, she will be taking my tax returns as she was my dependent then. Is it appropriate? She will also take pay stubs with her.
