L1B to H1B and L1b expiring soon

Hi All,

I am with Company A on L1B Individual visa which is expiring in mid of Nov 22. I am not sure my company will apply L1A visa.
Therefore I am trying to get my H1B from consulting companies.

1. If any consulting company B files my H1b, It gets picked up & approved before Oct 22. I will be eligible to join B, however I will only get 1 year i.e till Mid Nov 23 for it
   1. In this time period will company B be able to apply my Perm Labor & get it approved before Mid Nov 23. If yes then will I get extension of stay in US or I have to travel back? If no Then do I have to go back India and my Perm\GC process will be in process?
2. If H1b is picked up in lottery in 2022 , Is it good option to go back India, and try for consular processing after 1 year to get another fresh 6 year of H1b.

If yes then how difficult it is?
