H1B petition transferred and my current employer reprocessing the same petition

I had a approved h1b petition from my current employer in India and it got expired after 3 years without stamping (I didn't get a chance to travel). Few months back, I got a offer from a consultancy in US and I transferred my h1b petition to them. Presently I am waiting for my stamping date. Now my current employer is processing my petition again. Will it cause any issue?
