Travel while H4 Extension pending (applying from US and H4 has valid visa )

Some important dates:
My H1B Expiration Date: May 31, 2022.
H4 Expiration Date: May 31, 2022
I-94 Expiration Date for both of us: May 31, 2022
Valid Visa stamped on our passport expiration: May 31, 2022


My H1B Extension Scenario:
The employer is filing in premium next week.

And I am also submitting H4 Extension paperwork with that. Is that going to be okay? Would there be any issue in re-entering back on May 16th on H4 visa?

Our International travel dates:
Trip start date: April 16, 2022
Trip End date: May 16, 2022
