I am filing for h4 first time. I am a h1b holder and currently my h1b is under administrative processing as i got 221g. On website h1b application status is showing refused. And its been more than 70 days there is no change so i decided to go for h4 as my husband is in US and now cannot stay apart more.
My question about ds160 are
1. Have you ever been refused a U.S Visa, or been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry? - What should I mention here? Yes or No?
2. Under Home Address what address should I put? U.S Home address or India Home address
3. Under Mailing address what address should I put? U.S Home address or India Home address?
