Did your most recent application result in you being issued to visa?

Hi

I am working on to get stamping of my H1B (using Dropbox). I would like to get your advise/feedback to one of the question during the appointment processing. The question i have been asked is "Did your most recent application result in you being issued to visa?"

I would like to know what should i select? "Yes" or "No"

Below is my scenario:

• I got couple of "L1" refusals during interview.
• I got my first visa stamping "L2" and entered into US.
• I have converted my "L2" to "L1-A"
• My "L1-A" extension got rejected while i was in USA. So I came back to India.
• Now, I got my "H1-B" approved.

Could you help/advise me what should I select for the question "Did your most recent application result in you being issued to visa?"?
