H1B Cap-Exempt Eligibility check

Hi All,

I am currently in India and need help to determine if I am still eligible for Cap-Exempt H1B VISA processing.

I had three I-797 from my previous employer as below.

1. From Jan 13, 2011 to Jan 12, 2012
2. From Jan 13, 2012 to Jan 09, 2015 (extension)
3. From Jan 18, 2015 to May 15, 2016 (extension)

I have previously been in the USA for a total of 2 years and 8 months with my last exit being on Feb 01, 2015.

Am I still eligible for Cap-Exempt H1B VISA processing with my New Employer.
If yes, until what exact date would I be eligible to file H1B under Cap-Exempt processing.
