DS 160 question: Has your U.S. Visa ever been canceled or revoked?

When I went for the L1B extension stamping interview process in the Mexico USA consulate, My old L1 visa was canceled without prejudice before issuing me the updated L1B visa extension on my passport.

will this count as a canceled visa? or do I put no to the above question?
