DS-160 Question Previous US Travel

Hi All

My situation is below

We Went Laredo to extend our I-94. Please note we don't fully crossed border so we don't have any depature record.

In the middle we returned back to reach US Border security officer

our I-94 History says arrival Larado

Question: When filling DS-160 Previous travel, should we mention about Laredo or just the travels which we really made depature in past

Please suggest if anyone have been in this situation
