Hi,
I am on H1B with valid 797 expiring in September 2022. However my family ( spouse and kids ) are planning to travel to India in summer in month of June. Since the Visa on passport is expired, they would need to go for stamping ( dropbox preferred ). Will they get the stamping done, as 797 would be expiring in 2 months ? They would be travelling back to USA in the first week of August or last week of July.
Please suggest.
