Hello All,
I have applied for Indian passport renewal to SFO consulate. When I track for the application status I could see below message.
1. Do I have create a PDF with filled below content and take printout of the tracking page(since I didn't receive any email) and send it to VFS?

UPLOAD IT https://vfs.mioot.com/forms/In/USA/IHCUSA-DocsNew/ MOTHERS NAME IS DOES NOT MATCH WITH CURRENT PASSPORT Subject: CONSENT TO RESTORE DETAILS AS IN CURRENT PASSPORT DETAILS – Application ID # To Consular Officer, I, ________________ is giving my consent to change/edit the details in my application form and restore the details as in my existing current passport and other supporting documents I have submitted. My Application Reference Number is _________________ Printed Name: _________________ Signature: _________________

What should you do next?
Incomplete Applications:
Please complete your application within 7 calendar days by sending "the above listed missing documents along with a printout of this email" to VFS India Consular Application Centre where you had initially submitted your application. You will need to use your own "Pre-paid" label to send the missing documents. Failure to complete your application as per the stipulated timeframe will result in returning your application unprocessed.>
Ineligible/Rejection Reason:
If your application is marked as "Ineligible/Rejection Reason" then your application will be returned unprocessed by the VFS India Consular Application Centre. You can expect to receive the eligible refund within 10 – 12 business days. If you wish to re-apply then complete the entire process again.
