Hi,
I am currently working for Company A on H1B with PD in 2015( have approved I 140). Recently applied for H1B Renewal in January 2022 with premium processing and got approved for 3 years. Also filed my spouse H4 and H4 EAD renewal same time and got Receipt letters in mail.
I just got a good offer from company B who are ready to file my H1B but will not start GC process until an year. my concerns are below.

- What will happen to H4 and H4 EAD renewals applied in Jan 2022? will they be rejected?
- Is it mandatory to apply for H4 renewal with new Company B H1B process?
