Hello Friends,
Please suggest :
SITUATION
My H1 transfer ,and My dependent's H4 and H4 EAD all applied concurrently on Feb 09,2022.
H1 Transfer approved but H4 And H4 EAD extension is under process.
H4 EAD is going to expire on April 22,2022.
How can my dependent work without a break? She doesnot have a valid I94.
Can she go to India and get the H4 stamped ? in that way she will get valid I94 and EAD Autoextension applies?
Any other option ?
