I'm looking for the help. I have H1B visa stamped during my visit to India recently. My wife and children(below 14 years) have expired visa (their visa was expired in 2020). They are planning for India trip soon. I went ahead and created a profile on my wife name and added my dependents. With recent drop box changes, technically, my wife and children qualify for the drop box. I see a question about are above 14 years old. Looks like my wife qualifies for drop box. My children not eligible for drop box since we have one more question about whether both parents have valid USA (I have valid visa and my wife has expired visa). Has anyone run into this scenario recently? What did you guys do about it?
