Hello all,
I am H1 and my Spouse & Child are on H4 (In US) we recently applied H4 extension.
We filled I-539 for my Spouse and I-539A for my Child and sent to USCIS center in same package along with cheque of $370 for application fee.
We got receipt number for my Spouse but haven’t got for Child and we don’t see my Child name in the receipt.
We called to USCIS, as per them they won’t send receipt number for I-539A so they are asking to file a new I-539 for my Child.
As per guidelines in USCIS site, it is required to file I-539A if we apply more than one using I-539 (https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/...-539ainstr.pdf)
Does anyone faced this issue? The current visa valid for next 10 days so any advice is highly appreciate.
