Please find my criteria below and help me on whether I am eligible for drop box or not.
I got my H1B visa stamped in first time in 2010, and I was in and out of US for short durations and while I was in the US got my H1B work permit extension done in 2013. I was given Work permit valid till Dec 2015.I came back to India in Jan 2015.
Now in Nov 2021 my company has applied for H1B exempt and transfer which got approved. Now, I need to go for visa stamping. Need your help wheather i am eligbile for dropbox or do i need to go for interview in person?
