Working and owning a company in India while in USA
I am currently in the USA on an H1B with an approved I-140.
I plan to marry someone from India who currently owns two companies registered in India. She owns them and works for both the companies.
If we do get married and she comes to the USA, will she be able to continue her work in the companies? If so, what visa or employment would be required?
Both are partnerships and will have someone in India working as well.
