Hello, I'm in the United States and I'm working on filling up documents for mine and my wife's visa stamping. Due to unavoidable circumstances, she can't travel back to India with me for visa stamping. I had read somewhere before that I can use an affidavit to get H4 visa stamped in her place. Is that true? If so, what would I need to do for this purpose? Thank you for your help.
