Hello Team.
I was laid off from the job and to safeguard myself I filed for H4 Visa application (I-539 COS) just in case i dont have to leave the country. Meanwhile I found a new job and My new employer has filed for my H1B visa within 60 days grace period and it eventually got approved after 65 days.
I assume I have to withdraw my I-539 application now. I have a couple of questions
Q 1. Should I send a withdrawal letter via fedex/ups/usps
Q 2. Recipient address ( I have used the same as in H4 receipt). Is that correct?

Q 3. Should I send withdraw letter after I start the job or even now as my H1B is approved
