Travel within US without H4 extension

Hi..My husband got his H1 extension last mnth n applied for my H4 extension..I got the receipt but didnt get extension yet..I live in Texas n planning to fly to Vegas for anniversary.My I-94 was valid till sept 29th...Will I hav a prob in travelling?Coz the ID which I wud b showing in airport is my passport..Solution plsssss

Not an issue as long as the passport is valid.carry your extension notice receipt.

If traveling to Arizona, keep all original documents with you all the time.

I thought the law in AZ was put on hold due to court intervention. Only few parts of it were actually in enforcement. The controversy around law enforcement arresting individuals for lack of immigration docs is on hold AFAIK.
