HI,
I received 221g yellow for my stamping, They asked me to submit documents via email
I emailed documents but did not receive any confirmation email from them
I contacted customer support and opened multiple tickets, they told me to send again multiple times and still no confirmation
Am i suppose to get confirmation email back for the documents that i email to consulate provided email ID?8
Please help and advise
