[Help] H1B dropbox eligible but slot book for interview

Hi Everyone,
I recently booked for my H1B visa appointment, though I'm eligible for interview waiver for some reason while scheduling it in the portal it aksed to book for both VAC and Counsular appointment which did some one faced the same. Will it be a problem if I attend in-person interview though I'm eligible for interview waiver. Thank you
