Second security clearance for visa stamping

I am an Indian citizen. I came to the US on a J1 visa in 2008 after a security clearance for the stamping which took one month. I recently switched jobs and am now on a H1B. If I go to India for the H1B stamping, is it likely I will get a second security check? Thank you.
