Hi, My H1-B visa expires in 09/12/2023. I have almost 3 months of time for recapture, that I spent outside US since my H1-B started, I am planning on switching employer since I am not learning much in my current job. What are my chances of getting PERM approved before my visa expires and when is the latest I can switch employer starting as of today? Thanks!
