I am trying to upload my photo into web application to fill the DS-160 form online. I have uploaded two photos and I keep getting this message "Eyes may be obstructed or in shadows". I have followed the instructions as stated on the page https:///do-it-yourself-photograph-i...visa-oci-card/ and gone to epassportphoto.com. The original digital image I had obtained on my iPhone. I was wondering if someone else had faced the same problem and what they had done about it. In the first photo I was smiling and hence my eyes might have been a bit closed but not in the second one.
