Hello,
I am currently working my first year of my H1B visa, and I am wanting to go home to England for Christmas. I have already had my change of status approved but I will still need to fill out the DS-160 form and visit the US Embassy in London for my visa to return to the US . I contacted my lawyer to find out what I need to take with me, and he is saying all the paperwork they will do for me is going to cost $1500! Will I really need to pay this much on top of everything I have paid or is there a way I can gather the paperwork myself?
