We are in a wierd scenario..
When we came to US this May, my kids were on H4 against my H1B. My I-94 got stamped for Mar, 2012. And I just noticed that for my kids, they are stamped with year as 2010.. and the month - one of them looks like Mar [man, that's trouble? ] and next one looks like [Nov]..
But they are not travelling anytime soon and definitely not this year.. I may return to India next year.
So, what do I do.. who can I reach out to? This may be a typo issue from Immigration dept when it was done.. but finaly, who can help.. who can corect this?
