I had H1B from my previous employer A and have stayed 5 years in US, under this quota and returned back to India in Sep 2009. Its been more than a year now I am in India and currently I am working for employer B.
Now my question is, if my employer B files for a new H1B petition for me, how many years of H1B validity will I get? Will I get only the remaining years from my previous H1B or will I get fresh 6yrs from now?
Please share this info, if anyone is aware and it will be very helpful to me.
