When I had submitted my DS-160 for H1B dropbox stamping back in Feb, my PERM was still pending. My PERM and I140 recently got approved after I had submitted my DS-160.
I had answered 'NO' to the question - “Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?” since my PERM and I140 was not approved at that point in time. Do I need to submit a new DS-160 now that I have an approved I140 ?
