H1B Stamping - DS 160 - Previous employer question
Hi, I am filling DS 160 for my wife for her H1 Stamping. Have a question regarding previous employer. Here is the scenario:
Aug 2018 to Nov 2020: Employed with employer A on H4-EAD
Nov 2020: Resigned because H4-EAD expired. Employer A ready to file H1 based on an existing petition
Dec 2020: H1 approved for employer A and rehired and working till date for Company A
Now my question is, in DS-160, under Employment Details section, what should she fill in Previous Employer: Will it be same as the current employer as she had to resign and was rehired.
Please advise!
